Our administration staff will be in touch with our caregivers and the families we serve throughout the day. Please be advised, the shelter in place does not apply to healthcare workers or providers. We are working hard trying to minimize the impact and disruption to your current home care services. However, we are sensitive to our clients and caregivers who are seniors, those who are considered high risk, or any individual with underlying health issues.
The staff at Beacon Home Care will be working remotely filling service requests and schedules to the best of our ability. We still intend to conduct our normal business operations, including payroll and billing. Please be advised, there could be a slight delay in providing services or answering phone calls directly. If you reach our voicemail, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. In addition, our staff members will be able to access and respond to their email messages from home.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work out the complexities during these unprecedented events. I want to reassure everyone, Beacon Home Care has a plan. These are indeed uncertain and troubling times, however we are a community that is deeply aware of crisis and of survivorship. We find resilience, strength and understanding together.
