We provide quality assurance checks with our caregivers (PALs) and our families to ensure superior service. Daily records of client activity are maintained during a PALs shift for our clients and support personnel.
Highly customized service schedules tailored accordingly to the individual needs of each Client. We offer a la carte services, live-in 24 hour care, and discounted group rates through our CareShare program.
Our Personal Assistance Leaders, or PALs, offer personalized care and assistance for loved ones in residential homes and communities.
Our PALs strive to meet the needs in skill-set and personality of your loved one. Rest assured, our PALs are Beacon Home Care employees, bonded and insured.
We take care of their taxes, liability insurance and worker’s compensation giving families the time to focus on what matters most.
In addition, all PALs must complete:
- 3 Step Interview Process and Testing
- Background and Reference Check
- Drug Screening
- DOJ Livescan Fingerprinting
- DMV Report
- CPR and First Aid Certification
Get to know your PAL! We encourage all of our families to interview prospective caregivers at no additional cost. A written caregiver profile is offered with every PAL introduction.
